TRANSFER SERVICES
Airport transfers (aka shuttle) are a necessary part of
the Gold Coast holiday
experience for many visitors. Getting to and from the
Brisbane airport
terminals, or the local
Gold Coast airport at Coolangatta, involves time and costs that
need to be considered in the holiday planning stages.

We suggest you pre-book all your transfer needs in advance and you can
use the options that appear at the top of this page. The following are the most common
options for airport shuttles.
Motor Coach Shuttle Services
There is a choice of several
door-to-door motor coach shuttles between the Brisbane and Coolangatta
airports and your
Gold Coast hotel or resort. Travel will
usually be in mini coach vehicles with a trailer for luggage. Airport
pick-ups and drop-off are in the designated coach zones at the airports.
Travel times to Brisbane Airport are approximately:

2½ to 3 hours from southern Gold Coast (Coolangatta, Tweed Heads)

1hour 15min from northern Gold Coast (Labrador, Runaway Bay area)

2 hours from central Gold Coast (Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach area)
Motor coach tickets need to be booked in advance and a minimum of 48
hours notice is recommended. We recommend you use the links shown above

Airtrain Connect
This is a door-to-door
rail and road service that
connects visitors
to and from the Brisbane airports (domestic and international) and their
Gold Coast resorts and apartments. The road portion of the shuttle uses sedan
limousines. Users of
this service will find rail platforms
located at the front of the airport terminals. The service runs
every 15 minutes from Brisbane and every 30 minutes from the Gold Coast.
The service connects to stations at:

Robina: For Broadbeach and all areas south to Coolangatta

Nerang: For Surfers Paradise, Main Beach and central Gold
Coast

Helensvale: For Labrador, Biggera Waters, Runaway Bay and
northern Gold Coast

Limousine Services
There is always the option of a chauffeur driven
limousine for that special occasion. There are
choices ranging from a Rolls Royce, stretch limo and corporate sedan.
It is advisable to book limousines well in advance and they are available from both
the Brisbane and Coolangatta airports.
